1. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. 2. Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery). We will issue the refund:

(b) (if earlier) within 14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods, or

3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Other exceptions under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
