Sabre Airsoft UK LTD Limited Lifetime Warranty — Terms and Conditions

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is offered by Sabre Airsoft UK LTD and applies exclusively to works carried out by Sabre Airsoft UK LTD on Airsoft replicas. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility and Duration

  • This Lifetime Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the Airsoft replica, as long as all terms below are met.
  • It applies only to the original customer and the specific replica serviced. It is non-transferable.

2. Annual Service Requirement

  • To maintain the Lifetime Warranty, an Annual Service must be booked within 30 calendar days of each yearly anniversary of the date on which the initial works were completed.
  • Example: If work was completed on 20th September, the service must be booked between 21st August and 20th October each year.
  • The cost of the Annual Service is £120 for AEG’s, £60 for GBBRs and HPA Engines.

3. Failure to Book Service

  • Failure to book the required Annual Service without valid and demonstrable reason will result in immediate termination of the Lifetime Warranty.

4. Component Coverage

  • MOSFETs and Brushless Motors are covered only if they were installed by Sabre Airsoft UK LTD as part of the original works and if they are within their normal expected lifespan.
  • Clear evidence of user misuse will void this cover.
  • High Pressure Air (HPA) Engines will not be covered in full, though consumables such as o-rings and nozzles will be covered.
  • Gas Blow Back (GBB) parts will only be covered where the cost of the parts is reasonable and the parts are available, this is due to the non generic nature of GBB replicas. This will be made clear during the commencement of the warranty.

5. Modifications and Tampering

  • Any modifications to the replica or original works that were carried out by Sabre Airsoft UK LTD are not covered under this warranty.
  • Any damage resulting from unauthorised changes, modifications, or third-party alterations will void the warranty.

6. Misuse and Negligence

  • The warranty is void if the replica is used in a way that clearly contradicts the advice, guidance, or instructions given by Sabre Airsoft UK LTD.
  • Examples include improper maintenance, using incompatible parts or ammunition, or operating in inappropriate environments such as underwater.

7. General Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidental damage, or damage from natural disasters.
  • Sabre Airsoft UK LTD reserves the right to determine whether a claim falls within the scope of the warranty.

8. Proof of Eligibility

  • Customers must provide valid documentation such as receipts, invoices or service records from Sabre Airsoft UK LTD when submitting a warranty claim.
  • Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.

9. Shipping and Handling Costs

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending a replica to or from Sabre Airsoft UK LTD for warranty service.
  • Sabre Airsoft UK LTD accepts no responsibility for damage or loss during transit. Use of insured and trackable shipping is strongly advised.

10. Service Turnaround Time

  • Repair times may vary based on parts availability and workshop demand.
  • Customers will be informed of the estimated timeframe once the claim has been accepted.

11. Limitations of Liability

  • Sabre Airsoft UK LTD is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of play time, inconvenience, or indirect costs resulting from issues with the replica.
  • This warranty only applies to the functionality of the original works and covered components, it does not include additional upgrades you may wish during the service.

12. Right to Refuse Service

  • Sabre Airsoft UK LTD reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if there is evidence of dishonesty, abuse, or repeated misuse by the customer.

13. Changes to Terms

  • Sabre Airsoft UK LTD may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant updates will be communicated via our website or directly to affected customers.
